He received his BSc in electrical engineering from Xinjiang University in Urumqi, followed by an MS in computer science from Yildiz Technical University and a Ph.D. from Istanbul Technical University.
Since 2006, he has been a member of the computer engineering department at Istanbul Bilgi University.
In addition to his professional work, Murat is an expert in the field of Natural Language Processing, Machine Translation, Optimization, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
He is currently focusing his research on developing an NLP framework for Uyghur, Uzbek, and Turkish languages.
